ACTION ALERT: Washoe County Commission meeting 1/11/2011.
Senator William Raggio (Washoe SD-3 will retire on January 15th)
Agenda Item #40: Discussion and direction regarding the process and timing for filling vacancy in Washoe Senate District 3 (the board will not be filling the vacancy on January 11, 2011)
Please join us and let the county commission know that you expect them to appoint a fiscal conservative who is a proponent of free markets and limited constitutional government. Someone who realizes that their first priority in office is to uphold the constitution and the rights and liberties espoused therein. Demand they appoint someone that realizes that "we the people" is where the power should reside. Help us pack the house and and demand accountability from your elected commissioners.

Action Is Brewing!
Supporting Fiscal Conservative Candidates in NV
Action is Brewing, the original grassroots tea party group in Nevada , announces it unconditional support for Sharron Angle, US Senate Candidate for the State of Nevada. Sharron Angle, a long time social and fiscal conservative, has a consistent track record of voting against discretionary earmarks, taxes and fees during her tenure as a member of the NV State Assembly.
We believe she'll bring this same approach to the out of control spending so prevalent in Washington .
The debate between Sharron Angle and Harry Reid on October 14,2010 provided a clear and obvious choice between the competing philosophies of fiscal restraint vs. tax and spend, personal responsibility vs. a big government "nanny state" and a strong national defense vs. a "cut and run" politician. Sharron Angle's integrity, strength of character, and dedication to the US Constitution, fiscal responsibility, accountability, and transparency, will take these much needed values with her to Washington, D.C. on behalf of Nevada.
We chose endorsing entities across Nevada that represent the best interests of fiscal conservatives, constitutionalists, small businesses, and taxpayers. Where appropriate, we factored in voting records. All criteria are clearly outlined on www.actionisbrewing.com, under ELECTION. Not all races provided a clear cut winner, so we refrained from listing a suggested candidate in those races.
It's your job, as a voter, to be informed about the candidates, the issues, and the impact your decisions will have on the future of Nevada. We hope you find this information useful and invite you to follow the links provided below for access to much more information on candidates.
